Kim is obsessed with discovering new depths of God’s love. She is passionate about helping others come to know  Jesus Christ and the enormity of what He did on the cross as she teaches others the true Gospel.

After the Blessing of Abraham was restored in her life and the lives of her husband and daughter, a desire brewed in her heart to help others experience the life-altering freedom and healing she had experienced.

As Associate Pastor at Son Rise Church and Ministries, she focuses on helping people find true freedom through repentance and deliverance based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Before Son Rise, Kim served in many areas of ministry at Gateway Church and Catch the Fire DFW, including leading women’s life groups and serving in the prophetic ministry. She’s been a mentor, member of the alter prayer team and leader in freedom ministry.

She has spent the last several years writing and maintaining a blog called My Unfolding Truth at www.myunfoldingtruth.wordpress.com, and is slowly writing a grief devotional for woman who have lost a child. She is also developing training resources for freedom and has been blessed to author several articles for Christian publications and online devotionals.

Today she is happily married, raising one miracle daughter who is full of giggles and tickles and caring for three fur babies that make her days full of fun and unexpected surprises.

Cindy has been at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, for approximately 10 years. In that time she has been an active member of the prophetic team and has pursued training in the healing ministry. She has also been a PINK women’s mentor and has helped many women come into their identity through God’s trusted word. It is her heart to see others come into a place of true intimacy with Jesus Christ and to find freedom for themselves.

Through her years, Cindy has overcome many wilderness seasons. Whether it was marital strive, serious illness or issues with her children, Cindy always relied on the Lord to carry her and her family through.

She is currently writing a series of shorts books on the Voices of God. Cindy has also blogged on a specific healing journey she successfully ventured through by leaning in and trusting the Lord – available at www.godshealingjournies.wordpress.com

Cindy is passionate about this Love Not Lies blog because exposing the enemy’s lies and reflecting God’s truth is near and dear to her heart. It is her desire to see people living a life of freedom, health and restoration.

She hopes and prays through Kim’s and her vulnerabilities, many will identify and stop believing the lies and begin to stand on God’s truth. Her goal in this blog is to help others foster a life full of authenticity and rich in God’s Word so that they are able to fulfill God’s plan for their lives.

Currently, Cindy is married with four children and two grandchildren who are the light of her life. She is on the cusp of being an empty nester and is looking for the next big thing God has for her.
